The Montage of Solar Energy Systems
1-
Collector's slope must be determined at first and system
stand must be designed according to this. Collector's
slope is equal to region latitude for the systems can be
used in four seasons. For Turkiye this value is
varried between 36° ile 42°. For summer usage this
slope mustn't be more than -15° , For winter usage this
value musn't be more than +15° .
Forexample
when we take Antalya's latitude 36° ;for systems
running 4 seasons collectors must be placed 36° with
horizontal, for systems running only in summer
collectors must be placed on 21° with horizontal and for
systems running only winter collectors must be mounted
51° with horizontal.
2-Collectors
must be turned to the south as far as possible. When it is
turned to east or west direction with 15°, amount of hot
water can be produced doesn't change importantly. For hot
water is usually used in evening and at night, it is
advised that collectors are placed from south to west.

3- System's
air must be taken.

4- Pulling
valve must be put the entrance of cold water.
5-
When collectors connect each others from collector to
collector transitive serial connection as shown at the side
picture, Using more than 3 collectors is not true. the
collector which is connected extra is the least useful for
producing hot water.
6-When
connectors are connected to each others, distribution pipe
diameter must be suitable. For this type connections, there
is no number limit for collectors' connections side by side.
7- When a lot
of collectors are placed back by back, shadow distances must
be left for overshadow to each others. This distance is due
to collectors length and collector's slope with horizontal.
8- At the
natural repetition system the diffrence between the depot
and collectors, that will be mounted, must be 15-25 cm.
9-In the
sytems with esanjor system stand must be balanced when
depots are placed.
10- 3/4 pipes
must be used at the closed period part of the system.
11- Connection
pipes must be isolated. |
